Refund policy

For the safety of our customers and to prevent contamination risks, we are unable to accept returns once the product has left our premises. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will happily provide a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged during postage. To help us process this, please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can report the issues to Australia Post.
