About Our Honey
Q: Is your honey raw and unprocessed?
A: Yes, our honey is raw, minimally processed/filtered to preserve all the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients that make honey so beneficial.
Q: Do you use antibiotics?
A: No, we have never used antibiotics in our Apiaries.
Q: Where do your bees collect nectar?
A: Our bees forage across multiple locations within South Australia, collecting nectar from seasonal flora including eucalyptus, wildflowers, blossoms and pasture crops.
Q: How should I store my honey?
A: Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Honey never spoils, but it may crystallize over time, this is natural and doesn't affect quality. To return to liquid state, gently warm honey.
Q: Is your honey safe for children?
A: Honey is not recommended for children under 12 months.
Pollination Services
Q: Do you offer pollination services for farms and orchards?
A: Yes! Get in contact with us to discuss further.
Q: What crops do you pollinate?
A: Anything that requires pollinating, such as lucerne, canola, almonds, apples, cherries. We are always open to more pollination opportunities.
Q: How many hives will my crop need?
A: There are multiple factors that will determine the quantity of bees needed for pollination, get in contact with us to discuss your unique needs.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take and who do you ship with?
A: We typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually take 3-7 business days within Australia. We ship with Australia Post.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within Australia due to biosecurity regulations regarding honey products.
Q: What if my honey crystallizes during shipping?
A: Crystallization is natural! Simply place the jar/bucket/squeeze in warm water to gently return it to liquid form.
Q: Do you offer bulk sizes for cafes, restaurants or bakeries?
A: Absolutely, get in contact with us to discus further.
